Clean, cozy, and California cool describes the elements that make up this family room scheme. I always start with a neutral couch, and layer in warmth with a reclaimed wood coffee table, a chunky throw and my favorite item... a vintage rug. Adding a modern lamp, adds a twist to this farmhouse chic room.

Debbie’s passion for design led her to a BA in Fashion Merchandising from Radford University. She went on to study Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. After a decade of designing clothing for the Gap Inc. and other large retailers in NYC, Debbie made the inevitable switch to interiors. As a mother of two small children, Debbie understands the challenges keeping spaces kid-friendly, without compromising good design. She strives to create spaces that are clean, fresh, and modern, and which reflect the client’s personality.
