DesignDot Return Policy

DesignDot offers exchanges or store credit only. Our exchange policy is 14 days. After 14 days, we cannot accept any exchanges. We do not offer refunds for any reason unless you received an incorrect item or received a damaged item. If you received a damaged item, do not discard the packaging. Original packaging is required for a refund.

To be eligible for online store credit, your item must be unused and be in the same condition you received it in. Items must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at hello@thedesigndot.com. We will respond in a timely manner with next steps on where to return the damaged merchandise & how to proceed with your exchange/store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
